6 eggs, hard cooked
1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon yellow mustard (hot dog kind)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teapoon pepper
garnishes:
Dill weed pinch each
paprika sprinkle each
caviar 12 teaspoons 1 per egg
Hard cook eggs.
Cut in half lengthwise, and remove the yolk in a bowl.
Mash the yolks.
Add mayo, mustard, salt and pepper.
Fill a plastic baggie with filling.
Cut a small end off, and pipe in the egg cavities.
Garnish with your choice, dill, paprika, or 1 teaspoon caviar
