No meat burger but made of lots of vegetables, oatmeal, walnuts and sesame seeds. Very healthy food.
Ingredients:
3 individual packages of Instant Oatmeal (36.29oz)
1/2 Onion
2 tablespoons Grated carrot
1/2 cup Crushed Walnuts
6-7 oz Mushroom
1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
1 cup Water
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Grated Garlic
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Plain Yogurt
1 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
2 tablespoons Chopped Parsley
1. Chop onion, garlic and mushroom.
2. In a frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and saute onion, carrot and mushroom and walnuts.
3. Add oatmeal, water and salt. Reduce heat and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
4. Then add sesame seeds. Turn off the heat. Let it cool.
5. Make sauce. In a bowl, combine grated garlic, plain yogurt, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese. Mix well.
6. When the oatmeal mixture gets cool, form into 4 patties. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and cook for 5-6 minutes or until brown.
7. Serve with sauce.
