Ingredients

Eat with flat bread, crackers, English muffin, pitta bread.. anything you like. Or just eat as it is.

(Serves 4)
Ingredients
-6 cups Fresh Spinach
-3-4 oz Mushrooms
-8 strips of Bacon
-1/3 cup Crushed Peanuts
-1 tablespoon Olive Oil
-2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
-2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
-1 teaspoon Chicken Flavor Bouillon
-4 English Muffins
-Pepper

Cooking Instructions

1. Chop spinach, bacon and mushrooms.

2. In a frying pan, heat olive oil and cook bacon, spinach and mushrooms until tender. Add chicken flavor bouillon, pepper and soy sauce.

3. Turn off the heat and add peanuts and parmesan cheese. Mix well.

4. Place the mixture on each lightly toasted English muffin and serve.
