(Serves 4)
Ingredients
-8 oz Mushroom
-3-4 Salmon Fillets
-8 Spring Roll Sheets
-2 tablespoon Butter
-4 oz Onion
-1 cup Milk
-2 tablespoon Flour
-2-3 teaspoon Olive Oil
-Salt
-Pepper
1. Place salmon on a plate, sprinkle salt, pepper and put butter on top. Cover and heat 2-3 minutes in a microwave. Cool it down, skin and born off, and break up the meat into pieces.
2. Brush olive oil on each one side of spring roll sheet.
3. Cut Mushroom and onion into slices. Melt butter in a frying pan and Sauté them for 1-2 minutes. Reduce heat and add flour and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer until thickens.
4. Place sauce on a spring roll sheet and 1/8 salmon mixture on top. Fold each corner to the center.
5. Bake at 430 F for about 15 minutes or until browned.
