This is a twist on artichoke jalapeno dip. The secret ingredient is smoked almonds, which really takes this to another level.
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz sour cream
1/3 c mayonnaise
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and diced
1 can smokehouse almonds, finely chopped
1/2 c parmesan cheese, shredded
1/4 c italian 5 cheese blend
2-4 tsp diced jalapenos, depending on desired heat level
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
combine all ingredients in mixer.
mix until combined.
great cold, or used as a spread with beef, also great to spread on french bread slices and toasted....
Number Of Servings: a lot
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix until combined.
Place in a baking dish and bake at 375 degrees until mixture is golden brown and bubbly, approximately 25 minutes.
This spread can also be served cold, and makes a great sandwich spread or base for a chicken garlic pizza.
