Simple corn and nuts pizza with home made crispy pizza crust. This is also good for breakfast/brunch.
2 servings.
Ingredient:
1 cup Flour
1/3 cup Water
Salt
1 can of Cream Style Corn
1/2 cup Skim Milk
1 tablespoon Chicken Flavor Instant Bouillon
2 tablespoons Butter
4 tablespoons Flour
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup Crushed Walnuts
1/4 cup Crushed Almond
2 tablespoons Chopped Parsley
1. Make thin crust pizza. In a bowl, combine flour and salt. Add water gradually and stir until dough is formed. Let it stand for 30 minutes.
2. Preheat the oven to 390 degrees F.
3. In a sauce pan, melt butter and add flour. Stir frequently. Add milk gradually. Then add cream corn and chicken flavor instant bouillon. Simmer until thickens.
4. Roll dough out and add flour as needed to keep thin crust pizza cough from sticking to the rolling pin. Place on a baking dish.
5. Pour the half of cream corn into the pizza crust. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese and then sprinkle walnuts, almond, and pour the rest of cream corn, sprinkle the rest of mozzarella cheese and chopped parsley.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
