Col's Spicey Muffins: Submitted by: Colleen | Date Added: 1 Oct 2010
Listed in: Easy Appetizers
Ingredients

I raised 3 big boys and these were always their best appetizer to eat during football games and Thanksgiving.

It takes so little time and anyone can make them, kids, men.

Really fun and other items can be added. It's like making a pizza on Fun Friday Food Night!! I don't have any pix's as they don't stay around long enough! lol

1 pkg of 6 Thomas's English Muffins
jar green olives(sliced in half)
can black olives(sliced in haf)
jar capers
1 red hot pepper
1 cup good ranch dressing
12oz Mexican shredded cheese
Cumin, Adobe Seasoning,Paprika

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 375

Split muffins with fork(only) Spread Ranch dressing on each 1/2.

Sprinkle seasonings and capers over muffin.

Sprinkle cheese ove muffins. Place green and black olives on the muffin. Try to sink them in the cheese.

Sprinkle Paprika over them.

Bake on cookie sheet about 15 mins until cheese starts to bubble.

These can be sliced in half, but not needed. Eat & Enjoy!
