Ingredients

Oriental Flavored Appetizer. Easy to make!

(Serves 4)

Ingredients
-2 Chicken Boneless Breasts
-4 oz Cream Cheese
-8 Leaves of Red or Green Lettuce
-2 Sheets of Nori
-1/4 cup Teriyaki Marinated Sauce

Cooking Instructions

1. Marinate chicken breast with Teriyaki marinated sauce for 30 minutes.

2. Preheat oven to 400 degree F

3. Bake chicken and cut it into half inch thickness slices.

4. Cut each nori sheet into forth square and tear lettuce into 8 pieces (Use only upper of leaves. Tear smaller than nori sheet so that you can roll easily) Cut cream cheese into 8 slices.

5. Place nori on the cutting board and place 1 leaf of lettuce on nori sheet. Then place 1 slice of chicken breast and 1 slice of cream cheese on the center of lettuce. Fold right and left rolling it up like triangle. * Like hand-rolled sushi.

6. Serve with teriyaki sauce.
