Easy to make and enjoy very cheesy appetizer. I am sorry about not adding garnish.
(Serves 4)
Ingredients
-4 Large Mushrooms
-4 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese, at room temperature
-1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
-2 tablespoon Chopped Bacon
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Wash and trim the end of stems from mushrooms. Pop remaining stem out.
3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese and bacon. Fill the filling into each mushroom. Put shredded cheddar cheese on top of each mushroom.
4. Place mushrooms on the lightly oiled baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese melts.
