This recipe only takes minutes to prepare and is lovely on a summer evening.
-2 Avocados
-4 oz Cream Cheese, at room temperature
-4 tablespoon Crushed Walnuts
-2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
-4 tablespoon Olive Oil
1. Cut avocados in half. Take the avocado seed out and scoop avocado pulp. Do not break the avocado. Pour lemon juice in and mix.
2. In a bowl, whip cream cheese and add walnuts.
3. Place ¼ of cream cheese and walnuts mixture onto each avocado.
4. Place avocado on the plate. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Pour olive oil and serve.
