Ingredients

(Serves 4)

Ingredients
-2 cans of Sardines (in-oil 3.75oz)
-1/4 cup Milk
-4 oz Cream Cheese, at room temperature
-1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
-1 teaspoon Chopped Garlic Clove
-1 Baguette (7oz)

Cooking Instructions

1. Drain cans of sardine. Cut in half.
2. Cut baguette in half and then cut each horizontally.
3. In a medium bowl, combine sardines, cream cheese, milk, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well
4. Spread sardine mixture on each baguette and bake at 350 degrees F for 5-6 minutes.
