This recipe was goven to me years ago by my Mom - I must have made this dip for close to 30 years now, and it's always a hit.
Ingredients:
1 large loaf of round rye bread
1 pint sour cream
2 teaspoons dill seed
1 small onion, grated
1 small jar dried chipped beef slices, chopped fine.
Mix together all ingredients except the bread.
Cover and chill at least one hour.
When ready to serve, hollow out the center of the bread, place bread around the outside.
Pour dip into hollowed out bread; enjoy!
