Ingredients

(Serves 4)

Ingredients
-1.2 lb Sirloin Steak
-8 oz Mushroom
-3 cup Cooked Long Grain White Rice
-2 oz Butter
-4 tablespoon flour
-2 cup Milk
-3 tablespoon Miso
-1 teaspoon Chicken Flavor Bouillon
-2/3 cup Shredded Italian style Cheese
-1/4 cup Chopped Scallion
-Pepper

Cooking Instructions

1. Preheat the oven 450 degrees F.
2. Cut beef into bite size. Cut mushroom into slices.
3. In a frying pan, sauté beef and mushroom for 3-5 minutes.
4. Make sauce. Melt miso with ¼ cup milk in a small bowl in advance.
5. In a sauce pan, melt butter over low heat. Add flour and stir frequently. Add the rest of milk and stir until thickened. Add miso with milk, chicken flavor bouillon and pepper.
6. In a casserole, place cooked rice, pour sauce over the rice. Put sautéed beef and mushrooms, minced scallion and sprinkle cheese.
7. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
