Ingredients

2 2.25 ounce dried beef slices in jar
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
24 sweet gherkins

Cooking Instructions

Soften cream cheese to room temperature.

Spread each beef slice with 2 teaspoons of cream cheese.

Put a gherkin in the middle.

Roll up, and cut in half the short way.

This is so simple but irrestible. The saltyness of the beef paired with the creaminess of the cream cheese and the unexpected crunch of the gerkin is so well-balanced. Left by: Jane McMillan (1 Sep 2010)
