Hot Artichoke Dip served with tortillia chips is great for any family gathering, party or to enjoy just watching the game!
Ingredients:
2 6 oz. jars of quartered & marinated artichoke hearts
3/4 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup mayonaise
2/3 grated parmesan cheese
6 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
You will need an ungreased 9 inch pie plate to bake the dip in.
Drain liquid from each jar of marinated artichoke hearts and discard liquid.
Chop artichoke hearts and put in large mixing bowl.
Add black olives, mayonaise, parmesan cheese, mozzerella cheese, garlic powder, Seasoned salt, and pepper.
Mix well until completely combined.
Spread in an even layer into the 9 inch pie plate with a rubber spatula or the back of a large spoon.
Bake in oven for 35-40 minutes until bubbling and light, golden brown.
Serve hot with your favorite tortillia chips!
