Listed in: Baked Appetizers
Ingredients

(Serves 4)

Ingredients
-1 Cabbage (2lb)
-6oz Bacon
-1/2 cup Whole corn (either can or corn-on-the cob)
-1/2lb Onion (Chopped)
-2 table spoon Butter
-1/2 cup Panko/Bread Crumbs
-2 Chicken Flavored Bouillon cubes
-1/2 cup Milk
-4oz Cream Cheese
-2 tablespoon Corn Starch

Cooking Instructions

1. Cut cabbage into four. Take the core of cabbage out. Cover each cabbage with plastic wrap and heat for 8 minutes in a microwave.
2. Make sauce. Sauté onion, bacon and corn in a saucepan. Add 2 cup of water, chicken flavored bouillon cubes and bring it boil.
3. Reduce heat. Add milk, cream cheese and corn starch. Simmer until it thickens (about 20 minutes). Season with pepper.
4. Place cooked cabbages on the baking dish. Pour sauce over cabbages, sprinkle panko/bread crumbs and place butter. Bake at 390F for about 15 minutes or until panko/bread crumbs browns.

(Dissolve cream cheese in broth in advance so that it melts quickly and smoothly)
