Ingredients

This recipe is so simple and delicious and it only requires a handful of ingredients. These scrumptious mushrooms can be served at an elegant cocktail party or casual football party. They are quick and easy to make!

4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
24 large white mushrooms, stemmed
2 tbsp. chopped chives

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In mixing bowl combine all ingredients except mushrooms and chives. Mix well.

Fill mushroom caps with mixture and place on a cookie sheet.

Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.

Place on a serving platter and sprinkle with chives. Serve warm.
